Business Challenge:

The company’s management needed a solution for quick payment approval, viewing reports, as well as operational control of funds on company accounts. The company’s management was regularly located in different business units across the country and such an online solution could make financial management easier and faster.

• The board and owners needed a solution for a quick, easy and convenient analysis of all business units for various types of activities and basic indicators;

• Setting up payment approval processes in the Client’s ERP systems;

Business Challenge:

The PM Partners team took the document Request for Payment as the basis for the work. It had built-in routing and routes for various statuses, business units, users etc. All movements of this document were regulated by the back-end and the client’s ERP systems. We devoted a lot of time to the solution security, as well as to safe connection with the ERP system, banking software, etc. The company’s management was often in an area without Internet. So an offline mode was provided.

The project team paid great attention to the UI/UX mobile application since the financial instrument on the one hand should contain a lot of different reports and on the other hand, all these reports should easily fit into the screen of the mobile application and be convenient for the users. Our team developed a complex data display filter system and a lot of UI/UX features.
